Topic 3. The Qualitative Leap of the new ICT and its Impacts
In this class, it was discussed the talks in the Inaugural Session of the e-Planning Speaker Series (October 3). Students presented a first take on their priorities for this class. After, it was reviewed the concept of ICT qualitative leap, with further details on the elements of e-planning theory on ICT qualitative leap and its implications.
