Topic 3. The Qualitative Leap of the new ICT and its Impacts

Class Summary:

In this class, it was completed the discussion concerning e-planning & urban science, led by Prof. Joseph Ferreira. With Prof. Pedro Ferraz de Abreu already present in class, he led the students in a brainstorming exercise, on the keywords and concepts each student associated with e-Planning. After, it was introduced the concept of qualitative leap, and presented the basic elements of e-planning theory and concepts on ICT qualitative leap and its implications.
